Tamaryokucha & Kamairicha

Kamairicha is a green tea produced in the Chinese way. This means that instead of being steamed, it is roasted to stop the oxidation in the leaf. This is done in a round pan, which also makes the shape of the leaves slightly more curved. The taste is completely different from Sencha or other Japanese green teas with pleasant roasted aromas.
