One of the Sencha highlights of this season. Extremely full-bodied umami with a fruity, intense sweetness that completely fills the mouth. Very deep in taste, in addition a slight freshness - no matter what water temperature, you won't find even a bit astringency, probably also because Mr. Ôtani shaded this Sencha three days before harvesting.
