Steeping Method
First infusion:

Third infusion:
・Water temperature：about 50℃
・Steep duration：40 - 60 sec
This Tamaryokucha is a blend of two tea fields (one shaded and one unshaded) from Mr. Ôyama. This gives the tea a perfect balance between umami and aroma, which is completed with a distinctive but pleasant final heat and fruity sweetness.
