This Kabusecha is a Aracha, i.e. the teas are unsorted and they are not finally heated. As a result, the moisture content in the leaves is higher than that of normal tea (approx. 5%), which makes it taste very fresh. This tea has a wonderful sweetness and lightness, but at the same time a elegant umami with a pleasant freshness.
This tea is only available in limited quantities.
