Steeping Method
First infusion: 3 - 5 g tea, 100 ml water at approx. 90°C for 1 minute.
Infuse at 95° C for 30, 45, 60, 90 seconds and then continue to increase the temperature.
This is a top-notch handpicked white tea by the Miyazaki Tea-Farm. In general, white tea is only produced by a handful of farmers in Japan, but mostly only for personal use.
The aroma is slightly floral and fresh, extremely fruity and a strong sweetness that lingers in the mouth for a long time. All in all, it is strongly resembling Bai Mu Dan, but is even sweeter and has a delicate spiciness typical for Zairai.
Only a few kilograms of this tea are produced annually and it is only available in limited quantities.
