Steeping Method
First infusion: 4 - 7 g tea, 100 ml water at approx. 90°C for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
Infuse at 90° C for 20, 30, 45, 60 seconds and then continue to increase the temperature.
Overall, very clear and intense in taste, with fruit notes reminiscent of peach and orange peel and a pleasant sweetness that fills the whole mouth.
