Origin: Azuma Tea-Farm from Wazuka, Uji (Kyoto)

Cultivar: Okumidori

Shading time: 28 days (Jikakabuse-Shading)

Harvest: May 2020 (First Flush), scissor picked

Type of steaming: Chuumushi (normal steaming)

Ideal storing: Use as soon as possible after opening. If possible store in the refrigerator and wait five minutes after taking it out of the refrigerator until the tea has reached room temperature.

This Matcha from the Azuma Tea Farm is very mild and balanced, but still very aromatic. A light freshness and astringency complement each other perfectly and are rounded off with a velvety umami and sweetness.
